GNOZTA Chapter Awards

Outstanding Alumna

Awarded annually to the GNO ZTA alumna demonstrating outstanding leadership and service to the alumnae chapter and greatly contributing to the purpose of Zeta Tau Alpha and the success of the year. 

The purpose of GNO ZTA Alumnae Chapter is to promote the purposes and progress of the Fraternity, to foster the association of local alumnae and to cooperate with and assist local Collegiate Chapters of Zeta Tau Alpha.  

The purpose of this Fraternity shall be the intensifying of friendship, the fostering of a spirit of love, the creating of such sentiments, the performing of such deeds and the molding of such opinions as will be conducive to the building of a purer and nobler womanhood.  

Just for reference, recent winners of this award have been as follows and cannot be nominated this year: Shari Fisher (2015),  Nancy Beninate (2016), Mary Elizabeth Wilkes (2017), Janna Pecquet (2018), Hannah Gresham (2019), Michelle Douglas (2020), and Cyndi Bellina (2022).  

Zeta Lady

Awarded annually to the GNO ZTA alumna who exhibits the spirit of sisterly love and devotion, as exemplified by her continued positive support and participation in chapter events, her openness to promoting the progress of our Fraternity and the alumnae chapter, and by her friendly nature and example, encouraging active membership in GNO ZTA.
